    Qualifications

    • • Manage and lead technical support team

    • • Liaise with other IT personal and developers for problem resolutions on escalated matters.

    Details

    Job Description

    • • To manage the deployments of new municipalities, private utilities and third parties on time to the vending system
    • • Plan and coordinate implementation of new development requirements and operational development requirements, with internal and external resources following the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and adhering to the ISO 9000 requirements
    • • Integration management with new systems
    • • Release Management required for all new software releases
    • • Change Management including Chairing the Change Management Meetings and administration of the Change Management system
    • • Monitor and communicate key project indicators appropriately - risks, issues and scope changes, budget, schedule, timeline.
    • • Facilitate and minute all project meetings
    • • Project governances: Responsible for project documentation for all registered projects
    • • Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating project management and SDLC processes and ensuring processes are approved by Quality Assurance
    • • All templates required for the project management processes and SDLC processes must be created maintained and approved by Quality Assurance

    • • SDLC and Implementation experience
    • • 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager (responsible for implementation of projects, facilitating project meetings and related workshops, and effectively communicating with all project stakeholders)
    • • Proven experience to manage projects across multiple divisions within an organization
    • • PMBOK or Prince2 experience advantageous
