    Key Performance Areas

    • • Ensure that the fixed and mobile cameras are well maintained and in good working order, thereby minimising the loss of violations
    • • Ensure that cameras are set up correctly producing a high yield
    • • Ensure that the semi-fixed camera systems are deployed daily, where applicable
    • • Monitor the performance of cameras and their quality with the use of reports and statistics available from Syntell’s various systems
    • • Repair or initiate repairs of faulty equipment and follow-up accordingly
    • • Liaise with Syntell’s Cape Town Operations Centre
    • • Work independently and in a manner so as to proactively resolve problems
    • • Provide camera training to the customer
