    Job Description

    • Ultimately responsible for the entire admin office and the various processes it is responsible for including the following main areas:
    • • Capturing of handwritten notices
    • • Importing and processing/capturing of all camera notices
    • • Printing and posting of first/second notices
    • • Printing of all other documents (summonses, warrants etc) and dispatching thereof
    • • Responsible for the summons section (printing and receiving back from courts as well as relationship management with serving companies)
    • • The court process and management thereof
    • • The warrant process and management thereof
    • • Managing the work on hand within the department as a result of the above processes and managing resources to ensure work gets done timeously and within requirements of the SLA
    • Ensuring the company complies with all of its responsibilities as per the tender requirements and within specified timelines
    • Analysing and improving on operational processes
    • Ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to with various suppliers as well as customers
    • Oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies of materials and stock needed in the execution of the above mentioned processes
    • Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and finding smarter ways of doing things while increasing efficiencies.
    • Managing relationships with internal and external customers. Key responsibility to represent admin office at bi-weekly operational and steering committee meetings (with the main customer Mpumalanga Province)
