Syntell provides solutions and services which ensures the effective management of energy and water resources.
Our goal is to ensure that the demand for these resources will be met in ways that are not only cost-effective, but sustainable as well. This objective will be achieved through implementing systems which will allow us to:

We provide diverse vendor management solutions, secure web-based architecture and 24/7 customer support service. We aim to keep our set-up costs minimal, free cities from chasing debt and enable the government to focus on service delivery. Our vending systems are installed in over 100 municipalities throughout South Africa, bridging the gap between the end user and the utility.
In order to provide a broader service to the public, we have created PayCity, an online payment portal for connected citizens. The website allows citizens to pay fines, settle their municipal accounts, buy prepaid utilities and renew their vehicle license disks.
